John Royer is an established and award-winning L&D leader and digital learning strategist with a strong track record of delivering innovative, enterprise learning and technology solutions.
John has a proven ability to translate organizational and customer requirements into effective commercial learning programs and products.
Before founding InsiteHub, John found his passion for learning and development as the Global Director of sales training & development strategy at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. In this role, John led the alignment and integration of salesforce readiness strategies across 17 markets and developed the digital media and learning lab for emerging technologies. His current area of research is enterprise knowledge mobilization and delivery in cross-platform environments to incrementally enhance end-user engagement.
John has a BS in Information Science and MS in Software Engineering from Penn State University, an MS candidate at the University of Pennsylvania in Organizational Dynamics, and an Executive Certificate at MIT in Technology Strategy and Innovation.
